I have subscribed to ALLO package. When will I get my first bill?
You will receive your first bill within 24 hours upon service activation. Your first bill will be pro-rated. Any deposit or one-time charge is also included in the first month bills.
What charges will appear on my bill?
Your monthly bill will include your broadband subscription fee, voice service usage charges, and subscription fee(s) for other value-added services, one-time charge, and deposit (if any).
If you get delayed installation for internet or DECT-phone, do not worry because bill charges begin after activation (complete installation). No charge for uninstalled device.
Can I pay over the counter or offline?
Yes, you can make your payment to the nearest Tenaga Nasional Berhad’s Kedai Tenaga. You may visit
https://www.tnb.com.my/contact-us/kedai-tenaga to check the list of Kedai Tenaga available.
You also can make payments at 7eleven outlets by redeeming the customer code in the user portal. Customer Code is your account number. You may refer to your bill invoice to get your customer code. The code is valid 48 hours to complete the payment at the nearest 7eleven.

How do I retrieve my ALLO bill statement?
1. e-Bill (softcopy) – ALLO will send the e-Bill to your preferred email address, and it’s FREE!
Your e-bill will be sent to your email every 1st week of the month at the email you used to verify your ALLO registration. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your junk mail
2. User Portal – You can view your bills online by logging in to your User Portal account here.
